Middle School Discipleship
Middle School Youth Discipleship
During the the school year, middle school youth meet on Wednesday nights from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Here is a description of what we do each week:
Fellowship:
Each week we eat dinner together in Lewis Hall.
We laugh a lot and we share what is happening in our lives.
This is a special time when friendships are built and nurtured.
Fun:
We love to play! Every week we play various games...
some of our current favorites include kickball at the park, noodle tag, and 4 on a couch!
Learning:
We study scripture and discuss how it applys to our lives.
We explore what it means to be a disciple and how God calls us to love and serve one another.
Service:
We serve at Rowan Helping Ministries, our local shelter,
we play bingo every other month with the residents at Trinity Oaks,
and we pack backpacks of food each week for the Food for Thought program.
Trips:
Through out the year we go on various adventures together,
such as Campouts, Lock-ins, Ski Trips, and Outdoor Challenge!
