Adult Library
Over the past years, members of First Presbyterian Church have donated boxes and boxes of books to the church library. Over three thousand books are now on the shelves arranged by subject awaiting eager readers. Included in this vast resource room are books on Christian theology, Bible commentary, Bible study, the Presbyterian faith, biographies, histories, fiction, and humor. The library also has a collection of CDs and DVDs that include family friendly movies. All of the materials are available for check out to use at home. The library is now supported by the church, monetary donations by members, and community supporters.Come in and choose a book, sit, relax, and enjoy the peaceful space. The shelves are floor to ceiling height and are of dark wood. Comfortable chairs, local artist’s watercolors, and a special stained glass piece of art made just for the library help to create this wonderful space.
The Adult Library is located on the first floor of the Family Life Center.
Don’t forget, we have a dedicated Children’s Library located on the lower level of the Educational Building.
